Nexen Tire America says the tire features a design that provides great stability and handling performance while simultaneously providing a quiet and comfortable ride in all road conditions. Features include: UTQG 500 AA A; W and Y speed rated, excellent wet traction due to advanced drainage capabili- ties, and a quiet and comfortable ride due to a low noise design. NEXEN TIRE AMERICA INC. www.nexentireusa.com Bartec releases 'VINdicate' for TPMS The latest tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) tool software update from Bartec USA includes a way to select the vehicle and retrieve TPMS fault codes in one step. Bartec says VINdicate is exclusive to its software. Simply connect the Bartec Pro Series tool to the OBD II port. The VIN is detected and decoded, and with the make- model-year selected, the DTCs are also detected and decoded. Now the techni- cian has the basis for understanding what services are necessary, making quoting and selling TPMS much easier. BARTEC USA LLC www.bartecusa.com KYB offers Strut-Plus The KYB Strut-Plus comes pre-assem- bled and is designed to save time on in- stallation and eliminate assembly errors. KYB Americas says the premium strut assembly includes hard-to-find compo- nents to get the job done right the first time. At the heart of Strut-Plus is the KYB Excel-G Gas Strut, which is built on the same KYB original equipment assembly lines and is calibrated to compensate for wear caused by vehicle age and miles driven. Where applicable, the KYB Strut-Plus also includes a new coil spring, mount, insulator, bearing plate and attaching parts. KYB AMERICAS CORP. www.kyb.com Trico expands line of StrongArm lift supports Trico Group has added 24 part numbers to its line of StrongArm lift supports. The additions expand application coverage for North America by 3.3 million vehicles. The new part numbers include liftgate, trunk lid, hood, back glass and seat adjustment lift supports, along with several universal offerings for a wide range of late-model vehicle applications. The company says the StrongArm aftermarket program offers a direct-fit, original equipment replace- ment design that will restore original function to promote safety. TRICO GROUP www.avmind.com New lift has more clearance for electric vehicles The new IG210W in-ground lift from Rotary Lift is designed to help technicians more efficiently service electric vehicles, sports cars and exotic vehicles. Vehicle Service Group says the Rotary IG210W in-ground lift provides greater under-car access than other in-ground lifts thanks to extremely low-profile arms and extra-wide piston spacing. The Rotary IG210W lift has 85 inches of clearance between its two plungers, about 45% more space than a standard in-ground lift of- fers. The increased distance between plungers also allows for greater drive-through clearance with no superstructure to drive over and better undercar access. ROTARY LIFT www.rotarylift.com Wheel bearing repair kit is ready to install The new pre-assembled Meyle-Original wheel bearing repair kit provides all the necessary parts as a complete set, with the wheel hub and wheel bearing pre-pressed for installation. Meyle AG says the wheel bearing repair kit covers a global fleet of more than three million vehicles, including Audi, Ford, Mercedes-Benz and VW models. The wheel hub and wheel bearing are already assembled to enable the fastest installation possible. Meyle says pre-pressing the wheel hub and wheel bearing eliminates the need to remove and insert the wheel hub before installation. MEYLE AG www.meyle.com
